Hi, and welcome!

You've come to right place if you want to discuss fitness related stuff here in Estonia with Estonians. Almost everybody is here

What type of exercise do you practice?

Hope you enjoy being here.

well, it is a pleasant surprise that foreign people also use this page. May be you introduce yourself for the beginning? where you from, how old, male or female and what are your goals. where do you live in estonia, so other guests here can tell you wich gym to go to.

Hi,

Actually I am in Estonia only for 3months but I am interested in how you have exercise/fitness things in here.

I am 24 years old and female and i train at the gym and also love to do some aerobics and jogging but not so often as gym=)

I am in Tartu. What is your opinion about the best gym in Tartu?I also train sometimes in Tallinn.

So you have some fitness expo in Tallinn in April? Are you going there?

Do you have any people here with good knowing about training people for fitness/bb contests?

And my goals..well i love training, have been doing it about 8years and i want to do my best and probably compete someday.Training is something that is such a big gift for me in life, the feeling you get from it is something very wonderful=)

All the best,Donna

Now can you introduce yourselves ;)

I'm Jorgen 22 yrs old psychology student from Tartu. Avid practioner and coach of Brazilian JiuJitsu; Mixed Martial Arts and self defence. Doing strength and conditioning in addition to the sport in different places.

There are good coaches and equipment in University facilities. User bohemianrhapsody here can give you specific hindsight about those - he trains there and studies physical education with specialisation in bb. I have also trained there for a little time.

A good gym is also Avancia in Tiigi street, one of most famous figures in Estonian bb Marek Kalmus trains there. He is also a member of these forums using real name as username.

I have heard also good things about the gym in the end of Riia street (don't recall the name right now).

These are the main ones I know about - there might be other good ones as well.

Good luck in finding the right one for you.
