treeningkava

Tere! Sooviksin treeningkava saada.... Trenni olen juba mitu aastat küll teinud, aga alati võib ju küsida targematelt kuidas paremini teha.... Eelistatud oleks siis selline kava, kus rohkem rõhku pannakse kõhulihastele, käsivarrtele ja seljale... Kava võiks jaotatuna olla 4-ks.

Äkki on viitsimist ja tahtmist mulle kava koostada...
