Alakõhulihas...

Tere!

Ma olen siin oma kõhulihaste treenimisest päris pikalt rääkinud, aga kordan veel üle: Mina treenin kõhtu iga päev ning 10-15 minutiga treenin erinevaid kõhulihaste harjutusi erinevatel masinatel väga väikeste vahedega läbisegi. Kõhu külgmiseid lihaseid eraldi ei treeni. Tänan phonkypapa-t lingi eest! Ka sellist harjutust teen aeg-ajalt.
