Pigista tennispalli. On olemas ka spets.kummirõngas ja ekspander sõrmede tugevdamiseks.

Päris hea harjutus on ka tõstekangi ketaste hoidmine näppude vahel. Et harjutust natuke raskemaks teha, siis jaluta ringi. Selline rammumeeste harjutus.
