IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Hidetada Yamagishi is about to set foot on stage at the 2014 Arnold Classic in less than a week. This is something he’s done before, but never as a 212 pound competitor. Many have suggested he take this route for years, yet he always held back, citing success and better chances in the open division.

Last week, he came to see Dave on Muscle Beach TV and fill him in on how his prep is going. You’ll also see Hide going through a leg workout. With just under two weeks to go when shot, Hide was still strong, focused, and pushing the weight.
