This post-workout supplement basically have 2 main reactions:

1) Dextrose.

At post workout insulin level pushed high. Now all other nutrients can work the best.

2. Leucine .

After the dextrose has been digested the Leucine as the best amino-acid does the work as good as it can.

Those 2 components in it makes the magic.

I never tried the supplement, but making by hand the post workout mix "carbs+protein+creatine+some BCAA amino-acids like Leucine" makes the same cocktail basically, like P70 is. I wouldn't by P70.
