Kas keegi soovitaks häid harjutusi rinna alaosale ja kui tihti te seda treenite?

Ise teen rinda korra nädalas:

Lamades surumine kangiga 4x8-12

Lamades hantlitega lendamine 4x8-12

Surumine rinnatrenazööril 4x8-12

Alaosale sobivad negatiivse kaldega kangi/hantlite surumine ja hantlitega lendamine ning samauti on masinaid mis keskenduvad sellele osale!
