Just about 5 months after suffering a tear in his right quad that sidelined him for the 2011 Olympia, Branch Warren blasts out a delt workout just 6 weeks prior to defending the Arnold Classic crown. In the video, Metroflex Gym owner Brian Dobson gives commentary on the "Texas Rattlesnake"

At 5 weeks out from his second Arnold Classic, Evan Centopani shows us the type of basic yet brutal training that's helped him improve his back since he turned pro. It doesn't get any more raw or blue collar than the deadlift. Watch The Ox work up to pulling 585 pounds of cold iron for 9 reps. Who does that 5 weeks out? A champion, that's who! Once you see this, you'll understand why Evan is a favorite to take it all in Columbus on March 3.

IFBB STARS COMING TO THE 2012 ARNOLD AMATEUR (part 5)

by Andrew Michalak

I have a pleasure to present the next seven top champions nominated to the 2012 Arnold Amateur Championships. You will see great physiques, surprising changes and returns.

The official nomination deadline: January 31st, 2012 has passed, so we have almost a complete list of nominated athletes but still several countries are “in touch” with the organizers, hoping to get US visas very soon. The current list of countries shows 53 participating nations but 60 is an expected number, so the event looks great!

The next seven stars within few days. Stay tuned!

So, Susetty will come to Columbus to defend her title and… to fight for the overall, if successful in her class.

DALIBOR HAJEK – CZECH REPUBLIC

Men’s Bodybuilding up over 100 kg

Return of the giant! After few years of a “very promised bodybuilder” status he came to the 2010 Men’s Worlds in Baku, Azerbaijan, in fantastic conditions and grasped the world title in a very tough battle against Shabunia and Bazarov, who also come to Columbus this year. Adding the next Czech giant Petr Brezna, it will be a very attractive category, with Hajek as the only former world champion.

4 weeks from the Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic's Dennis Wolf is at a weight of 283lb in my humble opinion at his all time best. I put my money on Dennis winning the Arnold with his new and improved back which all the experts think was his weak point. It's time to represent and show the world that he did his homework and then some!
