    MuscleContest Pro event took also place yday - with 1st ever men's classic physique pro division. A few interesting cross overs were also seen as ex - bodybuilders Darrem Charles and Stan McQuay stepped on stage in this new divison! Here the TOP 5 results:

    An very interesting pro weekend behind us and mostly cause FIRST ever men's classic physique pro division was seen on stage. But let's start with the results from the Phil Heath Classic where Mr O himself stepped on stage as well, wearing posing trunks.

    ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER DISTINGUISH PRESIDENT SANTONJA WITH PRESTIGIOUS “2016 LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

    Following in the footsteps of Joe Weider (2000) and Ben Weider (2008); Dr. Rafael Santonja, received the “2016 Lifetime Achievement Award” -the highest award that delivers the Arnold Classic Festival- last Saturday, March 5th, during the Pro Bodybuilding Show that reached its 28th edition.

    In an emotional ceremony, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger presented the prestigious award to President Santonja, after broadcasting a video in which reviewing the highlights of commitment and success with Bodybuilding, played by the current President of the IFBB, along his more than 40 years of association with the sport.

    In his acceptance speech, President Santonja mentioned his father, who introduced him to the sport, and his wife Nieves, as tireless support; as well as the great family which is the IFBB; highlighting stories of his first meeting with Arnold Schwarzenegger, when Governor filmed “Conan, the Barbarian”, in Madrid. In a more institutional tone, the President also highlighted the recent recognition of the IFBB, by the American Olympism (PASO), which was greeted with applause by the audience that filled the venue (Columbus Battelle Hall).
