Olen 20 a noormees, 184cm ja 75 kg. Plaan on korralikult juurde võtta, teen trenni: iga lihasgrupp 14 päeva jooksul 3 korda. Päevases toidus on vähemalt ca 130g valke, aga kui palju peaks olema teisi aineid, et tervisele kasulik oleks??
