Mäletame ju sedagi juttu, et rannafitness ja bikini on hüppelauaks teistesse kategooriatesse. Tundub, et pigem maandumiskoht aina madalamale. Following the recent upgrade of the IFBB categories rules and due to improving the practice of our sport, the IFBB has launched its new rules for Women’s Physique. Also to improve the practice of the Men’s Physique athlete, the IFBB has launched new infographics. You can check them now all on the IFBB website ‘Rules’ tab.
