68TH WORLD MEN'S BODYBUILDING CHAMPIONSHIPS AND CONGRESS IN BRASILIA
12 - 16 November 2014 - Brasilia, Brazil

Brazil, the most renown country for sport in the XXI century, which hosted major sport events, will host the IFBB World Championships and Congress this year in Brasilia, its capital city, a unique and modern city created by the XX Century architecture genius, Oscar Niemeyer.

Brasila will be the meeting point for the best world athletes in the 68th edition of the World Men's Bodybuilding Championships, and officials participating at the World Congress. In an event organized by the Brazilian Confederation, with the support of the city and state authorities.

For the first time the winner will be awarded with an original bronze statue, 20 kg of weigh, that will be presented every year from now on to the IFBB Overall Bodybuilding World Champion.

NOVEMBER IS THE MONTH FOR WORLD AMATEUR BODYBUILDING

68th World Men's Bodybuilding Championships and International Congress - 12-15 November, 2014 Brasilia, Brazil

The Championships that will bring us the best Bodybuidling athletes in the World and decide the new Champions for the next year will be held in the architectural marvel that is Brasilia, Brazil, envisioned and created by the architectural genious of the XX century, Oscar Niemeyer.

The date set for the clash of the world's best amateur Bodybuilders is 12 - 15 of November 2014.

The categories that will be open for competition at these World Championships are as follows:

Bodyweight categories:

• Flyweight Up to & Incl. 60kg (132 lbs)
• Bantam weight Up to & Incl. 65Kg (143 lbs)
• Light weight Up to & Incl. 70Kg (154 lbs)
• Welter weight Up to & Incl. 75Kg (165 lbs)
• Light-Middle weight Up to & Incl. 80Kg (176 lbs)
• Middle weight Up to & Incl. 85Kg (187 lbs)
• Light-Heavy weight Up to & Incl. 90Kg (198 lbs)
• Light-Heavy weight Up to & Incl. 95Kg (198 lbs)
• Heavy weight Up to & Incl. 100Kg (220 lbs)
• Super-Heavy weight Over 100Kg (220 lbs)

THE UPCOMING IFBB WORLD MEN'S BODYBUILDING CHAMPIONSHIPS IN BRAZIL WILL BE TRANSMITTED VIA EUROVISION SATELLITE

Brasilia, the capital of Brazil and an architectural wonder of a city, will host the 68th IFBB Men's World Amateur Bodybuilding Championships and International Congress, from the 12th to 16th of November 2014, organized by the Brazilian Confederation, with the support of the city and state authorities.

The overall winner will be awarded, for the first time at an IFBB event, with an original bronze statue, 20 kg of weigh, that will be presented every year from now on to the IFBB Overall Bodybuilding World Champion.

As it has now become a standard for major IFBB events, these amateur World Bodybuilding Championships will also be covered by Eurovision Satellite and the edited program will be broadcast to many TV stations worldwide.

Päev on alanud ja ega siin päris ajavahega ära ei ole harjunud, st. magama saab minna kohaliku aja järgi, kuid uni läheb ära ikka Eesti aja järgi, seega kollan juba kohaliku aja järgi kella 4 üleval....Hommikusöök juba söödud ja teen aega parajaks, et eelvõistlusele minna. Eesti aja järgi kell 14.00 see algab ja ise olen järjekorras 6 kategooria, seega pool tundi ikka üks kat läheb ,seega kuskil 17 paiku peaks ise peale saama kui võistlus lohisema ei hakka. Vorm on jätkuvalt hea, ei ole midagi siin üle söönud, seega saab peale minna selle enesetundega, mida võistluspäevaks soovisin. Seega loodame parimat!

Jälle huvitav lugemine ning loodetavasti tegi Ott ikka õige otsuse. Vaatasin ka neid erinevaid Oti kategoooria konkurentide poseerimise pilte ning eks iga mees võtab sisse oma lemmikpoosid. Paraku mingisuguste improviseeritud poosidega kohustuslike pooside võrdlevat hindamist ei toimu ning Oti väga tugev trump on ikkagi kompaktsus ning ilmselt kõige rohkem kogemusi. Võrdses lahingus hakkavad ehk lugema ka selle aasta väga head tulemused erinevatel võistlustel. Edu Otile!
