Two weeks out from the Australian Pro! I decided to mix things up with supersets: front squats with hex bar deadlifts, weighted sissy squats with calf raise on leg press, glute bridges with RDLs, and finished up with some lunges..

The complete competitor lists are out as well. I dont see anyone beating Rhoden here, but nice to see what THICK and conditioned William Bonac (used to compete in -212 last year) brings in his season opener... in women's figure Erin Stern for some reason did not apply for the AC invitation, but now attends the Australia Pro Figure and meets the Figure International Champ Candice Keene. Now that will be an interesting battle...

Too bad William Bonac, who btw is -212 guy, was not at the AC. I assume he would have been easily in TOP 3 in -212 AC (?). Even if he looses here to Rhoden, that guy is THICK.
