Dylan Armbrust explains how Phil Heath is one of the hardest and most intense athletes he has ever met.Often they will find Phil asleep on the couch in the mornings after intense evening workouts. In one clip, Phil hoists 150lbs dumbbells for 26 repetitions.Where Heath differentiates himself is he works out smart being careful not to injure himself. Evan Centopani is 12 days away from his Mr Olympia debut September 27-30 in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this video "The Ox" trains chest with fellow bodybuilder Marc-Antoine Andrade. Some have said that Centopani's chest is a weak point. After seeing this video, that assumption may be a thing of the past. This is the first part of a two part video series.
