Suhkur

Noh, ka sõjaaja jaoks varuks koguda :P Suhkur halvaks ei lähe ju ja kui midagi muud süüa pole, saab suhkrut nosida. II Maailmasõja ajal päästis suhkrutükk inimese elu Stalingradis. Vaadates olukorda maailmamajanduses, pole kollaps üldse mitte välistatud, siis sa istud oma Lasnaka korteris, kõht korisemas ja mõtled, küll oli tark vanamutt, ostis tervelt 15 Kg suhkrut :D

Minu meelest on kyll targem mulda syya (mida ka Leningradi blokaadi ajal tehti).

Kui nyyd kogustest r22kida, siis enamus minu tutvusringkonnast ostis suhkrut alati hulgi...st 50 kg kottidega.

Meil oli oma 10 peret mesilasi ka, keda sai aeg ajalt toita.

Ehem... ei tea jah, kuidas taimed kasvaksid, kui toitaineid mullas poleks. Kuna pole olemas ainult ühte liiki mulda siis ei saa keegi ka öelda, mis kogustes mullas täpselt toitaineid leiduda võib.

Xylitol side effects

As said earlier, xylitol is basically a sugar alcohol, and hence there are two major and common side effects of xylitol are

Diarrhea

Gastric(Intestinal gas and problems.)

Xylitol is mainly taken for oral health, if the alcohol is not digested properly it may lead to the above side effects.

The large intake of xylitol may cause the following side effects,

Low blood sugar or hypoglycemia

Laxative effects

Increased level of uric acids in blood.

Due to the purification techniques used in extracting xylitol from birch trees it causes allergies in skin. But these are very rare cases such as

Rashes in skin

Itching

Difficulty in breathing

Swelling in throat or mouth

Wheezing

If you are experiencing any of the above side effects then consult to your doctor as soon as possible. Xylitol must be taken with certain limit per day such as 4 to 12 grams per day. Xylitol is commonly free from side effects but the small amount of xylitol added in the candies and chewing gums will not be producing any form xylitol side effects explained above.

Arvestades, et enamus süsivesikuid lõpetab niivõinaa veres suhkruna ning ka GI ja GL osas on piisavalt võrdväärseid ja isegi tunduvalt hullemaid aineid - Siis ei saagi otseselt aru mida sa vältida üritad suhkrut mitte tarbides? Mis tervisefaktor sinu arvates paremaks peaks muutuma, kui sa jätad suhkru tarbimise ära?

Kardad insuliini reaktsiooni? Liigkiiret veresuhkru tõusu?

Seega sinu puhul oleks õigem öelda, et suhkru vältimine on eelkõige olemasolevate haiguste sümptomite ning edasiarenemise piiramiseks. Kuna ma neid haiguseid kõiki põhjalikult ei tea, siis ma täiesti usun, et mõne puhul on targem suhkru tarbimine madalam hoida.

Kuid pole mõtet hakata suhkru vältimist tervetele inimestele väga soovitama. Mõõdukat tarbimist kindlasti. Probleemiks on pigem inimeste mõistmatus toitude valikus. Eelistatakse mikro-toitainete vaeseid ja süsivesikuid paksult täis olevaid toite kuna tihtipeale need maitsevad hästi ning on odavad. Palju on müügil rasvavabu toite, et kaalujälgijad saaksid oma kaloreid edukamalt piirata. Seevastu aga täidetakse need tooted tihtipeale paksult suhkrutega ning pole ka ime, et lõpuks tarbitaksegi päevas poole paki jagu suhkru ära.

Suhkur ise-enesest ei ole mingi halb ühend. Mõõduka tarbimise puhul ei tõsta ta sul oluliselt ei veresuhkrut ega insuliini vallandamist, ei tekita seedeprobleeme ega muid halbu asju. Mõõdukus on kõige võti.

Sellisena nagu see sul algselt kirjutatud oli, ma kindlasti nõustuda ei saa. Kui asendad sõna organismi "lihastega", siis pean osaliselt nõustuma :D

Nojah, pigem mõtlesin lihaseid kuigi "organism" iseenesest "lihaseid" ei välista :P

Hormoonsüsteemi iseärasustest tingitult kasutavad naised füüsilise koormuse puhul rohkem rasva kui süsivesikuid.
