nii, tekkis siis küsimus jällegi...kui söön nii nagu soovitati siin varem juba. Trennis käin kell 19.00. viimane söögikord jääb kella 16.00-17.00 vahele. trenni teen tavaliselt 1.5 tundi, koju jõuan umbes 21.00-21.30.Õhtul kui koju jõuan on kõht jube tühi...sellest ka küsimus...mida siis süüa tohiksin, kui palju ja mitu tundi enne magama minekut?
