Viimasel ajal on paremalt poolt alaselg valus olnud kui hüpata, teha tõmbe harjutusi seljale(nr cable row), kükkides(videot vaadates tundub okei tehnika), hantleid kõrvake tõstes õlale annab ka ala seljas tunda.
