2,5 w treening, kõht suureneb

Olen 2 ja pool nädalat kasutanud NTC appi ( Nike Training) 6 x ca 30-45 minutit nädalas, et end liigutada ja keha oleks rohkem pingul

Harjutused tervele kehale ja keharaskustega ja toitun koguaeg samamoodi. Olen 157 cm ja 50kg

Küsimus selles, et miks mu kõht aina suureneb nagu oleks varsti päästerõngas ümber?

Kõht on läinud suuremaks kui enne treeningute alustamis
