Scapular control Protraction is the movement, where the scapula glides forward on the ribcage. It's mostly done by the serratus anterior muscle. With some shoulder issues, the control and strength decrease in said muscle. I have sometimes seen it in powerlifters. In that case it should be strengthened. Do this exercise as a warmup or as an isolating exercise for 3 sets of 20 reps. #muscle #prehab #sparta #powerlifting
